Text & Email Terms

When you enter your phone number to book a consultation, send the contact form, or buy a plan, you agree that Ecommerce Studios LLC, doing business as Marsal OS, may text and email you about your request and your account. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything, and you can decline by simply leaving the phone field to us by email instead.

• A reply to the question you asked or the consultation you booked.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Your platform login details and onboarding steps after you pay.
• Billing notices, such as a receipt or a failed payment alert.
• Occasional updates about your account or new features included in your plan.

We do not sell your number, we do not rent our list to anyone, and we do not send unrelated marketing blasts.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Most people get a handful of messages around booking and onboarding, and only occasional messages after that.

Reply STOP to any text and you are removed immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at bryan@marsal-studios.com or (516) 755-3267. For email, click unsubscribe at the bottom of any message, or just reply and ask.

If you opt out of texts we can still reach you by email about your account and billing.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you use Marsal OS to text or email your own customers, you are the sender and you are responsible for having their permission and for following the laws that apply to you, including TCPA and CAN SPAM in the United States. Every message you send must include a way to opt out. Accounts that send unsolicited messages will be suspended.
