• When you book a consultation or send the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, business name and anything you type in the message field.
• When you pay: your name, email, phone and billing details are collected by Stripe. Stripe shares with us the amount, the plan, the last four digits of the card and the result. We never receive or store your full card number.
• After you pay, on the thank you page: your business name, industry, service area, website if you have one, the best time to reach you and any notes you add.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed, used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as social security numbers, health details or financial account numbers.

• To answer you, book your consultation and send you the quote or details you asked for.
• To take payment and deliver the plan or build you bought.
• To set up your platform account and run the work included in your plan.
• To send you service messages such as your login details, appointment reminders and billing notices.
• To protect the site from spam and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of service providers, each only for what it needs:

• GoHighLevel, the platform we resell. Your contact details and business answers are stored there so we can run your account, and so you can log in.
• Stripe, our payment processor.
• Our website and database host, which stores form submissions and payment records.
• Our email and text sending providers, used to send you and us notifications.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Leads that never become customers are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer records, including payment records, are kept for as long as you are a customer and then for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Tell us to stop texting or emailing you at any time.

Email bryan@marsal-studios.com and we will handle it within 30 days. We will never charge you or treat you differently for making a request.

If you are in California, this section covers your rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Union or another region with similar laws, the same rights apply, plus the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage it needs to work, such as keeping your session during checkout. We do not run third party advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The payment step is served by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and payment data stays with Stripe. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong we will tell affected people promptly.

This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will email customers about any change that materially affects them.
