Terms of Service

Marsal OS and Marsal Studios are trade names of Ecommerce Studios LLC, a limited liability company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Marsal OS" mean Ecommerce Studios LLC. "You" means the business that purchases a plan or service.

The software you log into is the GoHighLevel platform. We are an authorized GoHighLevel partner and we provide it to you under our own account, set up and configured for your business. We do not own the platform and we do not control its features, uptime or roadmap. If GoHighLevel changes or removes a feature, that change applies to your account too.

Your login is created inside GoHighLevel. This website does not hold accounts or passwords.

Plans are described on our pricing section. Every plan includes platform access plus the setup and ongoing work described on the plan you bought.

Larger multi location work is quoted individually after a consultation. Nothing outside the plan you paid for is included unless we agree to it in writing.

• There is no free trial. Your first payment is due when you sign up.
• All plans carry a three month minimum term. You are committing to three monthly payments.
• After the third month the plan continues month to month and renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
• Plans are billed monthly. We do not sell annual plans.
• Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, if any apply to you, are added on top.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails we may retry it and may pause your service until it clears.

After the three month minimum you may cancel at any time by emailing bryan@marsal-studios.com or texting (516) 755-3267 before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund payments already made. See our refund policy.

When a plan ends, your access to the platform ends. Ask us before you cancel and we will export your contacts for you.

• Give us accurate business information and the access we need to do the work you paid for.
• Only contact people who have agreed to hear from you. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for following texting and email laws that apply to your business, including TCPA and CAN SPAM in the United States.
• Do not use the platform for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing, or for content you do not have the rights to.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend an account that puts our platform access or our other clients at risk.

You own your business content: your logos, your copy, your photos, your customer data. Once a build is paid in full, the funnels, pages and creative we produced for that build are yours to use for your business.

We keep ownership of our own templates, systems, automation frameworks and anything we built before or outside your project. The GoHighLevel platform itself remains GoHighLevel's.

We do not promise a specific number of leads, calls, sales, revenue, rankings or return on spend. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your offer, your follow up and your own budget. Anything we say about typical outcomes is an estimate, not a promise.

The services are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email before it takes effect on your account. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
